This service covers the agreed business systems, integrations, reporting, and insight requests and is billed monthly in advance.
You are responsible for authorizing access to connected systems and confirming that AiA may process the information provided. New platforms, custom development, premium software, third-party usage fees, extensive data cleanup, and work outside the agreed scope require separate approval and pricing.
Reports and AI-generated insights are advisory and may contain errors or omissions. You remain responsible for business, financial, legal, and operational decisions and should verify important findings before acting on them. Availability also depends on connected third-party services.
Either party may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Service may be suspended after 10 days overdue. If AiA cancels for reasons other than nonpayment or breach, any prepaid amount covering service after the cancellation date will be refunded.
